Later in the afternoon we came back and were told we never booked the room and that they had no record of our extending our stay. The next day we asked to extend our stay by a day, they said we would have to re-book entirely due to how the system worked, which we did, and went on with our day. When I first checked in I waited quite a while before anybody showed up- there was no way to let them know I had arrived, nobody in sight, nobody to hear me call out that I was at the front desk.eventually cleaning staff showed up and helped me find the front desk person. The staff experience could use some improvement. The view was pretty terrible (just the wall of the next building over) but we didn't go there for the view. Bed was super comfortable and temperature control worked decently. Rooms were practical with a small sink area, minifridge was empty so we could actually use it to store things, and the bathroom was well designed, albeit a bit small. The Condor Hotel was great- comfortable, clean, convenient parking just across the street in a gated lot.
